We couldn't find a strong message to start with except this one: we care! we have extensive experience in initiating and monitoring patient support and education programs on both country and regional levels. We know how to give a strong start for a patient support program, and -more importantly- know how to boost its lifecycle to maintain the benefits it offers to patients. However, one thing we learned about patient engagement; you need to care. Genuinely and sincerely care about patients and the benefits the program can provide them, this is the compass that will keep any patient engagement steered in the right direction.

RPSE works with patient support providers for healthcare and pharmaceuticals. RETINA EVIDENCE & VALUE OPTIMIZATION

In RETINA HEALTH we work hard to provide local, real-world evidence to guide and support local healthcare efforts. We believe that, these days and in this crowded sector of pharmaceuticals, you cannot proceed with your healthcare programs and initiatives without having real-world data to support and guide these efforts to provide optimal care to patients who need it.​

We work with epidemiologists and RWE experts to design and conduct medical research projects, patient surveys, and surveillance studies that are all designed to help the healthcare system be aligned with patients' needs and desired outcomes.

Building strong, ethical, and scientific communication channels with healthcare professionals is not an easy task; HCPs are busy, easily distracted, and cannot give more time to Pharma companies. We totally understand that, and we totally know exactly how to create this link with HCPs in a framework of professionalism, science, and patient's sake. We use an extended set of communication channels that include, but not limited to: Medical & Scientific Event Planning, Scientific Exchange Events, e-CME program Development, Developing Research Strategies and Publications Planning; Thought Leader Engagement, and Medical Writing.

RSML – We take the extra step!

In RSML we work with HCPs, not working only to serve them, but we have onboard the nucleus of experts in the field of healthcare who ​​​​​​​fully understand the nature and circumstances of HCPs. We conduct our own focus groups and extensive discussions with HCPs to further understand the optimal ways to provide them with the scientific updates in a meaningful and acceptable way.
